I am not new or intimidated by this kind of behavior in animals and I’ve managed to win over the most timid and territorial of pets. I do require a visit before I commit to boarding or walking or any type of general care while you are home so that we can discuss what your pets’ normal behavior consists of, and so that your pet will already be introduced to me before I interact with them solely.

How do YOU deal with discipline and bad behavior? Your pets need consistency and every owner has different “commands” and methods of managing their pets’ behavior. I will also need to know what boundaries you set for your pets. Do you allow pets on furniture? On the bed? How can I reward your pet for good behavior?
For the safety of myself and for your pet I do not use physical punishment such as spanking even if it is a method you use on your own pet -
I will ask to make sure that I have all your pets’ current medical and veterinarian information. I will clarify to make sure that I have very clear guidance on all medical issues, allergies, and medication requirements.
